Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Snapx. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and growing our overall US market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Acquire New Clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise companies and mid-market companies.
  • Manage Sales Process: Manage the sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Complex Sales Cycle Management: Manage complex sales cycles and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of our US market share.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Industry Event Attendance: Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • US Residency: Must reside in the US.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for sales and business development.
  • Professional Staffing Experience: Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space.
  • Staffing Industry Expertise: 7 years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers.
  • Managed Services Expertise: 35 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS.
  • Talent Ecosystem Connections: Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community, including TA Procurement, MSP, and CW Program leaders.
  • Strong Relationships: Strong established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel and attend industry conferences 23 times per year.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree required.
