  • Maintain detailed documentation of test results and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineers to test and refine product prototypes, providing constructive feedback.
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction initiatives by assessing alternative components for functionality and reliability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and testing methods to enhance product design and performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are returned to their designated locations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of education and experience equivalent to four years of college or trade school, along with 6-8 years of relevant technical experience. A strong foundation in engineering principles and hands-on testing methodologies is essential for success in this role.
