Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Engineering Leader at Park Industries, you will be at the forefront of innovation and technical prowess. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Engineering Project Leadership: Direct all technical facets of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create designs that exceed client expectations and uphold our competitive advantage.
  • Advanced Mechanical Design & Evaluation: Spearhead the design and assessment of complex systems, including machine structures, gearboxes, rails, bearings, hydraulics, and pneumatics, to deliver pioneering engineering solutions.
  • Project and Resource Oversight: Formulate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Mentorship & Guidance: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous enhancement by mentoring junior engineers, conducting thorough concept and design evaluations, and encouraging contributions from all stakeholders.
  • Client & Technical Assistance: Provide expert support to customer service, field installation, and sales teams, addressing and resolving client issues with a high degree of professionalism and technical expertise.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineering Leader at Park Industries, you will work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines remote work flexibility with onsite collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior technical capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering projects, including budget and resource oversight.
  • In-depth expertise in mechanical systems design and evaluation, including familiarity with the latest CAD and simulation tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
