Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver construction projects.
  2. Engage actively in the design and implementation of project safety and quality assurance measures.
  3. Oversee project staffing and manage budgetary constraints.
  4. Assist in the development of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget formulation.
  5. Facilitate preconstruction meetings and coordinate responses to requests for information (RFIs).
  6. Analyze risks and address schedule-related challenges, including the assessment of long lead materials or equipment that may affect cash flow.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Evaluate and present project delivery strategies, develop alternative solutions, and oversee their implementation.
  9. Manage project close-out processes and resolve claims.
  10. Act as the primary liaison for senior leadership concerning critical business initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
  3. Experience in Waste Water, Water Treatment, or related water projects is highly desirable.

Compensation: $174,000 - $290,000 per year.
