We are in search of Senior Project Managers who can effectively guide and facilitate the efforts of their teams. Successful Senior Project Managers are those who strategically plan their tasks and diligently execute their plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute construction projects.
  2. Engage actively in the planning and implementation of project safety and quality assurance measures.
  3. Oversee project staffing and manage budgetary considerations.
  4. Contribute to the development of bid packages, pre-qualification processes, and budget estimates.
  5. Facilitate preconstruction meetings and coordinate responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  6. Analyze risks and identify scheduling challenges, including the assessment of long lead materials or equipment that may affect cash flow.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Evaluate and present project delivery strategies, develop alternative solutions, and support their implementation.
  9. Manage project close-out processes and resolve claims effectively.
  10. Act as the primary liaison for senior management regarding critical business initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficient in estimating, scheduling, budgeting, field supervision, financial reporting, and client management.
  3. Experience in Waste Water, Water Treatment, or related Water Projects is highly desirable.
