Position Overview:
This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office along with site visits and project meetings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initial design, pre-construction, execution, and project closure.
2. Create and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring all deliverables are achieved on schedule and within financial constraints.
3. Coordinate all project operations, including subcontractor management, material sourcing, and quality assurance.
4. Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards throughout all construction activities.
5. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
6. Regularly assess and report on project progress to senior management, identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions.
7. Implement and manage project modifications and interventions to meet project objectives.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and pursue opportunities for enhanced processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, particularly in commercial projects.
3. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction initiatives from inception to completion.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, standards, codes, and regulations.
5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and AutoCAD.
8. Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
9. Proven ability to address complex challenges, make informed decisions, and manage risks effectively.
10. Must be capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including frequent site visits and inspections.
