Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide leadership and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service and drive results to successfully deliver on the guest experience in the Regattabar.
  • Operational Management: Manage all areas of the Regattabar operation, including communication with musicians, by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all areas of jazz club management.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience at the Regattabar, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
  • Staff Management: Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff, including bartenders, servers, and musicians.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a related position, preferably in jazz club or restaurant management and bar operations.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the music business and previous food and beverage management experience is required.
  • Skills: Passionate about music and the hospitality industry, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
