Job Summary

As a seasoned professional in the hospitality and music industry, you will have the opportunity to lead the Regattabar team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a proven track record of success in Jazz Club or Restaurant Management, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Regattabar operation, including communication with musicians and driving results to successfully deliver on the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all areas of the Regattabar operation, including communication with musicians.
  • Enable innovation and drive results to successfully deliver on the guest experience.
  • Provide leadership and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a related position required.
  • Jazz Club or Restaurant management and bar operations.
  • Knowledge of the music business and previous food and beverage management experience is needed.
  • Passionate about music and the hospitality industry.
  • Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally in English with associates, guests, and leadership.
