  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a digital shelf team of approximately 15 members, fostering talent growth and improving operational efficiencies.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure top-tier operations performance across availability KPIs, adhering to Acosta's FACTS framework.
  • Scalability: Establish a robust seller central and cost recovery support team, positioning Acosta as a leader in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: Over 10 years of ecommerce experience in leadership roles, with at least 8 years in management/supervisory positions and 3 years in brand or ecommerce agency leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage change, solve complex problems, and make strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market trends in technology and their implications for the organization.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations that inform and inspire.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with diverse teams to achieve common objectives.
  • Project Management: Proficient in coordinating teams, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts, and evaluating performance.
