Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at The Sherwin-Williams Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting sales goals and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with store associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Perform various tasks, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and loading/unloading delivery trucks
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products
