Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at RemX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance
Requirements
  • 1 year of customer service experience with a similar company
  • High School diploma
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
