About the Role

As an Account Executive on our SMB Team Sales team, you'll play a critical role in meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by supporting your team in acquiring accounts within multiple geographic territories. This role offers a unique opportunity to own a geographic territory and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the supervision of a sales manager.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals by recommending wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services, handsets, and accessories.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participating in training opportunities on products and services and attending sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals, utilizing all sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools.
  • Manage sales funnels and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
