Job Summary

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote DiaSorin's LIAISON® MeMed BV® test in the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel, including emergency medicine and infectious disease departments.
  • Provide educational and technical support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of DiaSorin's LIAISON® MeMed BV® test.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited University required.
  • 5 plus years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry required.
  • 2 plus years of hospital sales experience required; infectious disease strongly preferred.
  • Diagnostics experience highly preferred.
  • Nursing experience in infectious disease or emergency room setting a strong plus.
  • Superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service, proven track record of success in competitive selling environment.
  • Documented sales results, including examples of company awards and achievements.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Territory management skills in managing large geographies. Overnight travel expected.
  • Residence and experience with local hospitals within the current geography is required.
