Job Summary

Sales Specialist at Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits and host review sessions with senior leadership.
  • Schedule and organize tours for prospective residents.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales targets and secure deposits.
  • Plan and implement special events to attract prospective residents.
  • Lead uncertain sales and instruct team members on next steps.
  • Participate in huddle calls and problem-solving sessions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in senior housing.
  • Solid track record of sales success and achievement of sales goals.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Detail-oriented and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn software.
  • Experience with rejection and motivation.
