Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and host review sessions with senior leadership.
- Schedule and organize tours for prospective residents.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Meet sales targets and secure deposits.
- Plan and implement special events to attract prospective residents.
- Lead uncertain sales and instruct team members on next steps.
- Participate in huddle calls and problem-solving sessions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in senior housing.
- Solid track record of sales success and achievement of sales goals.
- Valid driver's license.
- Detail-oriented and outgoing personality.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn software.
- Experience with rejection and motivation.
