Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our dealer network, educating and training contractors on our products, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and support our dealer network by providing them with the tools and resources they need to grow their business.
- Educate and train contractors on our product knowledge and installation best practices.
- Ensure Techo-Bloc's brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Post-secondary education, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies.
- Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events.
- A competitive salary and uncapped sales bonuses, with an average earnings potential of $85,000 - $120,000+ per year.
