We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager at Planhat. As a trusted advisor to global CS leaders, you'll help them overcome commercial challenges and drive high-value outcomes using our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' problems and objectives deeply, then help solve them through the Planhat platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success, including data analysis, product training, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Planhat's services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a 'closing' role, either in sales or customer success, at a B2B SaaS/fast-growth company.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
