Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design teams to create innovative and user-centered solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design into software development methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or a related field.
- Proven track record of designing successful user experiences.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and software development methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Mural, Axure, Sketch, and InVision.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or a design-related field.
