About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Distributor Network Development Specialist to join our US team, responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and distributor network development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with distributors to ensure aggressive representation and promotion of TP-Link products.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth, focusing on new product launches, inventory management, and channel partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts, optimize product positioning, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or related field, preferably in the networking industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team, with strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonus potential, based on individual performance and company goals. Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
