Job Title: Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

AssuredPartners of Colorado is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join our growing Construction Vertical in Denver, CO.

About the Role:

The Assistant Account Manager will work closely with the Account Manager and Account Executive to support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients, including transmission of final audits, policy binders, renewals, and other written communications. This role will also involve providing administrative support, managing accounts, and actively engaging in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in creating correspondence to carriers and clients
  • Manage accounts by entering client information into EPIC, processing COI's, contract review, auditing client data, processing change requests, and preparing notices of cancellations & reinstatements
  • Actively engage in learning by studying insurance industry trends and seeking out self-directed learning to increase insurance knowledge
  • Maintain carrier updates and bulletins

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Desire to learn & grow with us
  • Active Property & Casualty license, strongly preferred
  • Proficient in EPIC agency management system
  • Strong organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar systems, including spreadsheets, email, word processing, and presentation software
