Key Responsibilities: The following duties are essential to this role, along with any additional tasks as assigned:

  • Setup, program, and operate CNC machinery
  • Plan and execute machining operations using numerical control machines, including mills, lathes, routers, and saws, to meet specifications for plastic or metal components
  • Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, and instructions to ascertain work requirements
  • Conduct diverse operations on numerical control machines
  • Perform a variety of related tasks while adhering to close tolerances
  • Review setup sheets and specifications to determine the sequence and dimensions of finished components
  • Monitor machine operations to identify malfunctions
  • Conduct inspections and gauging operations to maintain quality standards
  • Measure components for compliance with specifications
  • Report discrepancies to supervisors
  • Maintain machinery in optimal working condition

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist is required.
