Qualifications:

To be considered for the Retail Operations Leader position, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service or retail sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
  • Experience in operational and financial management.
  • A cosmetology license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A genuine passion for the hair and beauty industry.
Physical Requirements:

This role may require physical activity, including prolonged standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 lbs. You may also encounter exposure to various scents and chemicals during your work.
