Position Details- Schedule: Sundays 9:30 AM - 5 PM, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 9:30 AM - 7 PM
- Compensation: $13/hour plus bonus potential
- Benefits: Medical and Dental coverage
- Time Off: Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Experience with point of sale systems and maintaining accurate patient accounts
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- Engagement in marketing and sales initiatives to attract new patients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Educate patients on wellness services and offerings
- Share personal experiences related to chiropractic care
- Collaborate with team members in a dynamic and enjoyable environment
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
- Organize patient flow within the clinic
- Deliver outstanding service to patients and members
- Focus on membership acquisition to achieve sales targets
- Welcome patients upon arrival and check them in for appointments
- Handle incoming phone inquiries
- Reconnect with inactive members
- Stay informed about membership options and promotions
- Support team objectives and foster positive relationships
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
- Confidently present and sell memberships and service packages
- Communicate member concerns to management and adhere to policies
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Accept feedback constructively and utilize it for growth
- Experience in office management or marketing is a plus
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
