Multicultural Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Multicultural Business Development Director to join our team at Epsilon Data Interactive, Inc. as a key player in driving growth in the multicultural market.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that showcase Epsilon's capabilities and address client needs.
- Innovative Campaigns: Lead initiatives to develop comprehensive proposals that highlight Epsilon's multicultural media capabilities and solutions, leveraging cutting-edge ad technology and data-driven insights.
- Client Satisfaction: Enhance client satisfaction through tailored multicultural strategies, generating new revenue streams and expanding Epsilon's footprint in the multicultural market.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in multicultural media sales or a hunter role, with a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- B2B Business Development: 5+ years of B2B business development experience with a successful close rate, showcasing the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ad Technology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AdTech, including DMP, DSP, data onboarding, device matching, and third-party ad servers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to diverse and senior business stakeholders.
- Career Growth Opportunities: Significant potential for advancement within Epsilon, particularly in leadership positions as the multicultural business continues to grow.
