About the Role

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share expansion in their assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the building products industry and the ability to develop relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to meet territory sales goals and customer needs.
  • Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.
  • Present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users.
  • Perform product knowledge training sessions with customers.
  • Investigate and process product quality complaints in territory.
  • Manage customer accounts receivable balance and deductions.
  • Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand.
Requirements
  • 2 years of prior sales experience in the building products industry preferred.
  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional attitude, proactive, detail-focused, and deadline-oriented.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
