Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Contractor. As a sales representative for Mitchell 1, a division of Snap-on Inc., you will have the opportunity to sell industry-leading automotive repair and management software to the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell award-winning industry-leading software to the automotive industry
  • Network and self-market to gain self-generated leads
  • Work independently as an Independent Sales Contractor/1099 position

What We Offer:

  • Lucrative Commission Pay Structure - NO CAP on commissions
  • $1000 - paid training
  • Earn 30% to 80+% commission rate on all sales made
  • Enjoy flexible work hours
  • Ongoing Sales Support, Product Support, and Marketing Material
  • Assigned Territory - rep must live in or near their territory
  • New Rep Bonus: Up to $22,000 in bonus money (on top of commissions) within the first 4 months
  • Paid every two weeks
  • Sales Incentives
  • Stability- Mitchell 1 started in 1918 and still going strong
