Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Consultant to join our team at BCG Platinion. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver customized technical solutions and accelerate delivery value through new business platforms, application consolidations, and major system implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder groups to establish relationships and drive alignment
  • Apply Agile methodologies to strategically tackle complex challenges and implement change
  • Develop and implement novel solutions rooted in complexity, leveraging extensive IT expertise
  • Guide organizations to optimize IT best practices and align teams to implement new processes and toolsets
  • Build strong relationships to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or relevant field
  • 2+ years of practical experience in IT/ERP consulting, professional software development, or IT project management with a focus on one or more of the following: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday
  • Experience in business process design and configuration
  • Previous experience in a management role in two or more end-to-end ERP implementations in a waterfall or agile setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience with the management of decision processes at large organizations
  • Strong customer and results orientation
  • Confidence and persuasiveness
  • Experience planning and managing large, complex projects
