As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will handle a range of operational responsibilities, including managing high-volume document processing, overseeing mail systems, and providing support for various office functions. Reporting to the Site Manager or Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient operation of office equipment, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your role may also involve customer service, meeting room arrangements, and light maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process incoming mail from various carriers, ensuring accountability.
- Utilize tracking systems to manage and oversee accountable mail.
- Maintain detailed logs for mail counts and essential information.
- Deliver mail efficiently throughout the office.
- Meet physical requirements, including lifting items as necessary.
- Support light maintenance tasks such as equipment troubleshooting.
- Operate high-volume copying machines and perform finishing tasks.
