Livermore Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled DMV Administrator to join our team. As a DMV Administrator, you will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle titles, verifying accuracy of title documents, and maintaining DMV bundle reconciliations.
Responsibilities:- Process new and used vehicle titles
- Verify accuracy of title documents
- Maintain DMV bundle reconciliations
- Process refund checks
- Interact with customers to resolve titling issues
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry on a DMV desk
- DMS computer system experience a plus
- Knowledge of DMV desking system or equivalent
- Ability to work with multiple stores
- Good organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
