About the Role:

Livermore Ford Lincoln Alfa Romeo Maserati is seeking an experienced Contracts Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for processing new and used vehicle registrations, contracts, and related sales documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
  • Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications for DMV processing.
  • Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
  • Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
  • Collect vehicle receivables.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and reconcile schedules.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency using DMS Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must be able to follow very specific deadlines.
  • Compliance driven.
