Superstar Producer Wanted

Alera Group, a leading national insurance brokerage and financial services firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Producer to join our Property & Casualty sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive new business growth and meet financial objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate new prospects through strategic partnerships, industry events, and direct prospecting efforts.
  • Understand the business and competitive landscape, and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Meet sales goals and provide exceptional client service to drive cross-sell and round-out opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of prior professional experience as a Sales Professional with a successful track record of generating new business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with C-suite executives.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling solutions.
