East Penn Manufacturing is a world-class leader in automotive battery manufacturing, seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Automotive Aftermarket industry experts to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing market penetration ideas, managing sales territory, and implementing programs to drive sales growth. Responsibilities
  • Network with senior decision makers and industry leaders to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement market penetration ideas to increase sales and expand our customer base.
  • Manage sales territory to build knowledge on our products, competition, and customers.
  • Implement programs to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Gain key industry insight and stay up-to-date on market trends and challenges.
  • Discover new sales techniques and best practices to improve sales performance.
  • Train customers on our products and technology to ensure they are fully utilizing our solutions.
  • Reports to the District Manager based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Requires some overnight travel, approximately one night a week.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or relative work experience.
  • Must currently reside in the Greater Salt Lake City, Utah area, with daily travel as needed.
  • Prefer 1-2 years of sales or automotive aftermarket experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
