Job Title: Territory Service and Sales Representative

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Territory Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Institutional team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, growing sales within existing customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on laundries and dish machines, dispensing equipment, and systems.
  • Assist in the installation of equipment and solutions.
  • Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring customer operations are fully functional, and teams are properly trained.
  • Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
Responsibilities:
  • Service customers with a focus on delivering exceptional service and growing sales within existing customer accounts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and service activities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 1 year of mechanical service, customer service, food service, or hospitality industry-related experience.
  • Availability to provide emergency assistance to customers, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays.
  • Valid driver's license required.
