Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections for our clients. As a Risk Management Inspector, you will work with policyholders to evaluate the condition of their properties and provide detailed information to our underwriters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with property owners to conduct thorough property inspections
  • Photograph and assess the overall condition of properties, including buildings and premises
  • Communicate effectively with policyholders, underwriters, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person discussions
  • Identify potential areas of risk and document findings
  • Complete detailed reports of your observations and upload photos to our field service platform
  • Follow carrier instructions and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure confidentiality and act with integrity in all interactions
  • Travel to inspection locations as needed
Requirements:
  • A reliable vehicle, computer, smartphone, and internet connection
  • Observational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take accurate photographs and measure square footage
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including typing, uploading, and downloading documents, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Background in construction, firefighting, safety, real estate, or previous military service is beneficial
  • Must reside in the advertised geographic area
