We are looking for an ISO Compliance and Training Specialist to enhance our quality management system. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training initiatives for employees at Production Castings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold our ISO quality management framework
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform internal audits to verify compliance with ISO guidelines
- Design and deliver training sessions for staff
- Create training resources and documentation
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and implement improvements as needed
- Maintain comprehensive training records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work collaboratively with department leaders to identify training requirements and formulate training strategies
- Offer support and expertise to employees regarding ISO standards and training
Qualifications:
- Preferred background in ISO auditing and procedural documentation or related experience
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations is advantageous
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, calipers, micrometers, and gage pins
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
