JOB OBJECTIVE

At BBB Industries, our associates are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while fostering a positive atmosphere that enhances the overall customer journey. As a Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers to swiftly and effectively address their inquiries and concerns through phone and email communication.
  • Building and nurturing a positive rapport between customers and the organization.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional support in a dynamic environment.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to excel in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proficiency in managing a high volume of calls and emails simultaneously.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing orders and updating customers on the status of their existing orders.
  • Assisting customers with stock inquiries, pricing information, and application lookups.
  • Communicating customer agreements and BBB policies related to product sales and services.
  • Delivering quality service to customers and internal departments alike.
  • Utilizing internal systems and web-based tools to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Handling correspondence via phone, email, and instant messaging with both customers and internal teams.
  • Supporting catalog, product, order, and part number inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing expertise as a member of the customer service team, focusing on enhancing efficiency and responsiveness while improving the customer experience.
