Job Summary:
Graspa Group seeks a skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced chef to join our team and contribute to our success.
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary activities, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Foster a positive and productive kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
Requirements:
- Four years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering
- Prior experience as an executive chef
- Prior experience training, purchasing, and managing budgets
- Prior Italian cuisine 10 years experience mandatory
