Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  2. Assist with planning and preparing food selections for daily service and special events.
  3. Oversee and manage kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  4. Train and mentor junior chefs, providing guidance and support in various kitchen tasks.
  5. Supervise food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to meet kitchen demands.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a chef in high-volume dining establishments.
  2. Strong culinary skills and passion for creating innovative dishes.
  3. Proven ability to effectively manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and sanitation standards.
  5. High level of creativity and adaptability.
  6. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
