Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify discrepancies between anticipated and actual reimbursement revenues across various payers, including managed care and government contracts.
  • Monitor and assess trends related to underpayments, overpayments, and denials, and collaborate on strategies to enhance the revenue cycle process.
  • Review high-value claims exceeding specified thresholds and liaise with payers to facilitate prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Manage audit requests with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis, including reimbursement estimates and accrual tracking for accounting purposes.
  • Engage in monthly reviews of Behavioral Health accounts receivable.
  • Evaluate accounts to ensure expected reimbursements align with contractual agreements prior to payment receipt.
  • Support departmental leadership in establishing and achieving team objectives.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the department's goals.

Qualifications:
