Aftermarket Sourcing and Supplier Relations Manager

Position Overview
The Aftermarket Sourcing and Supplier Relations Manager within the Services Sourcing division will: (1) formulate and oversee the aftermarket partnerships between GE Aerospace and select vendors; (2) enhance the team's affiliations with our maintenance, repair, and overhaul ("MRO") facilities globally; and (3) propel initiatives and ongoing enhancement activities that encompass multiple suppliers or engage new or underutilized vendors.

This role's significant impact on GE Aerospace's operations will necessitate, and will also serve as a catalyst for, profound and extensive relationships within our MRO facilities and product divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the aftermarket-related commercial agreements and partnerships for a specified roster of suppliers.

• Standardize and perpetually enhance the connections and communication between the Services Sourcing division and the Materials teams at GE Aerospace's MRO locations.

• Spearhead initiatives and continuous improvement projects identified as opportunities by the Services Sourcing division and our stakeholders, particularly including product divisions and MRO facilities, that are not specific to any current supplier relationship.

• Collaborate across functions to capitalize on opportunities and address challenges in aftermarket sourcing.

• Lead and contribute to initiatives that create and document standard operating procedures, along with enhancements to those procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years in project management, sourcing, and/or commercial negotiations experience) + at least 3 years in project management, sourcing, and/or commercial negotiations experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive and may vary based on the candidate's experience, education, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus or incentive plan.
