Court Programs Educator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to take on the dynamic role as our Court Educator - Events. This position plans, promotes, delivers, supports, and improves in-person court education conferences for internal and external customers throughout the Washington State court community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts education needs analysis to define educational goals and objectives, and appropriate content and delivery methods for education programs.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to develop instruction for in-person and online learning.
  • Uses and maintains a standardized resource library of relevant instructional materials, exercises, and online training resources used in the delivery of education programs.
  • Evaluates learning effectiveness to inform improvements in educational products and services.
  • Understands and utilizes current trends in continuing professional education, best practices, and best techniques to engage audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or closely related field.
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience in adult education.
