Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination of mid-to high-level proposals and work closely with the marketing and business development teams to build Carollo's brand with external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and collaborate with office managers and pursuit leaders on marketing and business development efforts
  • Lead professional, well-planned, and energetic business development efforts for SOQs, proposals, and interviews
  • Undertake research, writing, and editing of non-technical proposal sections
  • Manage production of deliverables associated with these efforts in conformance with company standards
  • Understand Client Account Analysis process and facilitate project-specific CAAs
  • Provide content for proposals and general business development support to facilitate regular client contact by CSMs, project managers, and technical practice representatives
  • Assist in the daily maintenance of the company business development database
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of industry, sales and marketing process
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and InDesign
