Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the Senior Director of Business Development by driving customer engagement, managing sales activities, and executing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems like HubSpot, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Follow-Up: Manage and follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Learn and manage HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate sales reports for the Senior Director of Business Development.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media content creation, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness.
  • Sales Support: Support the Senior Director in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and nurture leads through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for SRE Containers to expand its reach.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales and marketing metrics, including customer interactions, lead conversions, and campaign performance.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales or marketing coordination preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bilingual preferred.
