MONARQ Group, a leading distributor and marketer of premium alcoholic beverages throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, and USA Duty Free, is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Miami team. This position is based in our main regional office in Coconut Grove.

The primary responsibility of this roll will be to support our International Marketing Manager and Regional Management team in driving the company's marketing strategy, ensuring the success of our brands and clients.

 

The Marketing Coordinator key responsibilities will fulfill the following tasks including but not limited to:

  • Sales Data Management: Gather and analyze depletion (sales) reports from distribution partners and prepare periodic reports for brand-owners and suppliers.
  • Market Insights & Brand Activation: Collect information on brand activations from our distributors and other key market data to compile comprehensive marketing reports.
  • Distributor Support: Provide ongoing marketing and commercial support to distributors, including supplying images, labels, sell sheets, samples, point-of-sale materials, etc.
  • Database Maintenance: Maintain and update distributor databases (CRM) and marketing contacts. 
  • Brand Asset Management: Maintain and update our brand assets database on SharePoint.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work on various tasks and projects related to the marketing, distribution, and commercialization of our brand portfolio.
  • Conduct market research: Conduct periodical market research using IWSR data, price surveys and analysis, category research, etc. 
  • Administrative coordination: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. 

 

General Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or distribution industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Able to work from our Coconut Grove, Miami offices
