Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our national business development and marketing team in Tampa or Orlando, FL. This role will play a key function in preparing proposals, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track proposals, statements of qualifications, and marketing collateral from concept to completion
  • Compose and edit graphic materials, staff resumes, and project experience for RFQs and RFPs
  • Coordinate and track business development and marketing activities
  • Prepare and complete standard federal forms
  • Assist in coordinating trade shows and special events
  • Design and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience in the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs
  • Attention to detail with analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment
