Senior Marketing Coordinator

Langan, a leading land development engineering and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Tampa or Orlando, FL.

This key role will play a crucial function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects.

As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and collaborate with the firm's employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, assist with, and track proposals, statements of qualifications, requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion.
  • Compose, edit, and create graphic material, and prepare staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs, and other reports.
  • Coordinate, track, and support the firm's business development and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and complete standard federal forms.
  • Assist in the coordination of trade shows and special events.
  • Design schedules and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines.
  • Attend networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Must understand verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs.
  • Attention to detail with analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
