Position Overview
The Client Services Liaison role is designed for a candidate who can operate both independently and collaboratively within a team. This position involves managing shareholder communications through calls and emails while handling various operational tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our record management system (NetSuite) and how records interrelate.
- Oversee communications and problem resolution for shareholders via multiple channels.
- Set clear expectations for shareholders and maintain open lines of communication throughout their experience.
- Deliver outstanding service to all shareholders during the entire deal process.
- Identify escalation needs and coordinate responses with Sales, Compliance, Claims, and Operations teams.
- Prepare and distribute client correspondence effectively.
- Manage the internal case management system proactively, identifying common issues for timely resolution.
- Propose and assist in implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal response times and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate communication with external third parties, such as Paying Agents.
- Audit liaison work to ensure accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures to guarantee a consistent, high-quality experience for clients.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, particularly with high-net-worth individuals, is preferred; experience in the financial sector is essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven ability to cultivate meaningful client relationships that foster repeat business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex deal aspects to shareholders in a professional manner.
- Experience managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required; knowledge of NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Work Schedule
Due to operational requirements, candidates must be available to work specific shifts as assigned by the company.
