Position Overview:

The HR Representative will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and supporting various HR functions.

Schedule: This position requires in-office work on select days of the week.

Contract Duration: This is a temporary role with a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage a variety of sensitive records, including personnel files and payroll information.
  • Compile data, generate reports, and process various HR-related applications and forms.
  • Support local HR initiatives and company-wide programs.
  • Provide virtual HR assistance to employees and collaborate with other HR team members.
  • Conduct and summarize surveys to inform policy development and strategic planning.
  • Assist in communicating with employees regarding HR matters.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Quick learner with new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
