+ Significant Responsibilities: You will oversee various HR functions, such as recruitment initiatives, onboarding procedures, payroll administration, compliance with HR regulations, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an open-door policy and appropriately escalate team member relations issues to relevant leadership.

2. Manage recruitment efforts for designated roles, encompassing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to candidate sourcing and interview coordination.

3. Serve as the expert on all HR, Benefits, and Payroll policies and procedures.

4. Complete and verify I-9 documentation and maintain accurate I-9 records.

5. Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience, including pre-employment paperwork and orientation for new team members.

6. Process and maintain payroll records on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping.

7. Utilize HRIS (UltiPro) for precise record-keeping and management of payroll changes and terminations.

8. Assist in the performance review process preparation.

9. Ensure that all personnel files are current and compliant with regulatory standards.

10. Communicate and enforce various HR policies and procedures, conducting training on updates that impact team members.

11. Ensure compliance with the established wage scale.

12. Coordinate team member surveys, including new hire, exit, and annual engagement surveys.

13. Lead initiatives to enhance retention and engagement through the center's Make Your Mark Committee.

14. Act as the liaison for Loss Prevention regarding the workers' compensation process.

15. Administer documentation for all leaves of absence, including FMLA.

16. Analyze workforce management reports to forecast open positions and manage labor hours effectively.

17. Ensure that all legal postings are displayed in designated areas within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of direct experience in human resources.

2. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems.

3. Required payroll experience, including knowledge of timekeeping software.

4. Experience with the UKG HRIS platform is necessary.
