Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain an open-door policy and appropriately escalate team member relations matters to relevant leadership.

2. Manage recruitment efforts for assigned positions, encompassing the entire recruitment lifecycle from job postings to interview scheduling and drug screening coordination.

3. Serve as the primary expert on all HR, Benefits, and Payroll policies and procedures.

4. Ensure compliance with I-9 documentation and maintain accurate I-9 files.

5. Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience, including pre-employment paperwork and orientation for new hires.

6. Administer payroll records bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping.

7. Utilize HRIS (UltiPro) for precise record-keeping and payroll processing.

8. Assist in the performance review preparation process.

9. Ensure that all personnel files are current and comply with regulatory standards.

10. Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures, providing training on updates that impact team members.

11. Ensure compliance with the established wage scale.

12. Coordinate various team member surveys to gather feedback.

13. Lead initiatives aimed at improving retention and engagement.

14. Act as the liaison for Loss Prevention regarding workers' compensation processes.

15. Manage documentation for all leaves of absence, including FMLA.

16. Analyze workforce management reports to forecast staffing needs.

17. Ensure that all legal postings are displayed in designated areas within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree and/or one to three years of direct human resources experience.

2. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and applicant tracking systems.

3. Required payroll experience, including knowledge of timekeeping software.

4. Experience with the UKG HRIS platform is essential.
