Biosimilar Regional Account Manager Job Description

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly skilled Biosimilar Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing targeted customer accounts in the institutional, clinic, specialty wholesale distribution, specialty pharmacy, and market access classes of trade for our Teva product portfolio with an emphasis on biosimilars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage targeted customer accounts to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer targets based on individual product strategies
  • Implement product access strategies and tactics for all defined targets in collaboration with Marketing and other internal stakeholders
  • Identify and develop opportunities with customer targets through data analysis and contract negotiations
  • Ensure contract compliance to increase pull-through sales and report market intelligence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • 5 years of professional experience in Account Management, Sales, or Marketing or 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience in buy & bill market preferably in biosimilar market preferred
  • Experience working in a hospital or IDN market preferred
